Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates and internationally to select countries. If your location isn’t listed at checkout, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

How long does shipping take?

For UAE orders, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. International orders may take 7–21 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing times.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free within the UAE on all orders over AED 200. For international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes! We offer express shipping within the UAE for an additional fee. Please select this option during checkout or contact us if you need help arranging faster delivery.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.

How are the products packaged?

Each item is carefully wrapped and boxed to ensure safe delivery. Our packaging is designed to protect 3D-printed designs and prevent any damage in transit.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes. Please provide a full street address and contact number for smooth delivery.

What happens if my order is delayed or lost?

In the rare event of a delay or lost shipment, please reach out to us at [your support email]. We’ll coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue promptly or send you a replacement if needed.

Do you charge customs duties or taxes on international orders?

Customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your order! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of deliveryfor a refund or exchange. Please ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

Do you accept returns on custom or personalized items?

Because each custom creation is made just for you, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Simply email us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return address.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error. In those cases, we’ll cover the return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We’ll quickly organize a replacement or refund—whichever you prefer.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive confirmation by email once the refund has been issued.

Can I exchange an item for a different design or size?

Yes—if the item is not personalized, you can exchange it for a different design or size (subject to availability). Just reach out to us and we’ll help coordinate the exchange.

What if I made a mistake on my custom order?

Please double-check your personalization details before placing your order. If you realize a mistake immediately after purchase, contact us as soon as possible—we may be able to fix it before production begins.

Ooops. We accidentally broke a part!

Hey, it happens! In most cases if you email us a photo of the broken part, we can 3d print you a replacement free of charge.

Payment & Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and secure local payment options where available. All transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway.

s it safe to shop on your website?

Absolutely. Your security is our top priority. Our website uses SSL encryption to ensure all personal and payment information is protected. We do not store your card details on our servers.

Can I pay in my local currency?

Our prices are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) by default. If you’re shopping internationally, your bank or payment provider will automatically convert the total into your local currency.

Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

At this time, we do not offer cash on delivery. All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase to begin processing.

Why was my payment declined?

Payment declines can happen for several reasons—insufficient funds, incorrect billing info, or restrictions from your card issuer. Please double-check your details or try a different card. If the problem persists, contact your bank or reach out to us.

Can I get an invoice or receipt for my order?

Yes! An order confirmation and receipt will be emailed to you immediately after your purchase. If you need a detailed invoice for business or VAT purposes, just let us know and we’ll be happy to provide one.

Are there any additional charges I should know about?

We do not add hidden fees to your order. However, for international customers, your bank may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees. Please check with your bank or card provider for more details.

What if I need to update my billing information after placing an order?

If you’ve made a mistake or need to update your billing address, contact us right away. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll be able to make the changes for you.

What are your products made from?

All of our products are 3D printed using high-quality, eco-conscious PLA (polylactic acid), a biodegradable plastic made from renewable resources like corn starch. PLA is durable, lightweight, and ideal for indoor use—perfect for children’s spaces.

Are your products safe for children?

Yes! We design our products with families in mind. PLA is non-toxic and suitable for use around children. While our designs are made to be sturdy, please note that they are not toys and should be kept out of reach of very young children to avoid breakage or choking hazards.

How do I attach the signs to a door or wall?

Most of our signs come with Velcro command strips or similar adhesive backing for easy, damage-free mounting. Simply peel, stick, and press firmly. A detailed instruction sheet is included with every order, and you can also view our step-by-step guide on our website or via the QR code provided.

Can I use your products outdoors?

Our signs are designed for indoor use only. Exposure to heat, moisture, or direct sunlight may cause fading or warping over time. If you’re looking for outdoor-friendly options, feel free to contact us for custom solutions made from PETG or weather-resistant materials.

How do I clean or maintain the signs?

To keep your product looking its best, gently wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or soaking the item, as this can damage the surface or adhesives.

Are your items customizable?

Absolutely! Most of our designs can be personalized with your child’s name, favorite colors, or even themed elements. If you have something specific in mind, visit our Custom Creations page or reach out to us—we love bringing your ideas to life.

Do the colors on the screen match the real product?

We do our best to display product colors accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting. Each piece is individually made, so no two are exactly alike—adding to the charm of handmade products.

Do you offer usage guides or assembly instructions?

Yes! Each product comes with a printed Quick Start Guide, and many items include a scannable QR code linking to a short video tutorial. You can also find downloadable guides on our website’s Instructions page.

Can I request a different size or color combination?

In most cases, yes. While our listings feature our most popular configurations, we’re happy to discuss custom sizes or alternate color schemes. Just drop us a message—we’re here to help!

Installation Tips

How do I install my DecoDoors sign?

Most of our signs are designed for easy, damage-free installation using included Velcro command strips. Simply clean the surface, peel the adhesive backing, position your sign, and press firmly for 30 seconds. That’s it—no tools or drilling required! But what we find really helpful is some mounting tape or blue carpenters tape (we use this to pencil temporary mounting guides on the door or wall). Plus a spirit level is very useful for getting your sign straight!

What surfaces do your signs stick to best?

Our signs work best on smooth, flat surfaces such as painted doors, walls, glass, or finished wood. Avoid textured, rough, or dusty surfaces, as these can reduce adhesion. If in doubt, test a small section first.

Can I reposition the sign after installation?

Yes! One of the benefits of using Velcro-style strips is that you can remove and reposition your sign easily without damaging the surface. Just gently pull from one corner and reapply with fresh strips if needed.

Will the adhesive damage my door or paint?

No—our included strips are designed to be wall-safe and removable. When you’re ready to remove the sign, slowly pull the tab straight down along the surface. This will release the adhesive without leaving marks or peeling paint.

How should I clean the surface before installing?

Use a clean, dry cloth to remove dust or moisture. For best results, lightly wipe the area with rubbing alcohol and allow it to dry completely before attaching the sign. A spay bottle of glass cleaner also works great.

Can I install the signs on a mirror, glass, or metal?

Yes, as long as the surface is smooth and clean. Glass and mirrors work particularly well. Just make sure the area is free from condensation or oils.

Do you provide spare adhesive strips?

Each order includes everything you need for first-time installation. If you’d like spare or replacement strips, you can purchase compatible Velcro or Command strips at most hardware or home stores—or reach out and we’ll be happy to advise.

Can I use screws or nails instead of adhesive?

While our signs are designed for adhesive installation, some customers prefer to mount heavier items using small nails or screws. Please contact us if you plan to do this so we can advise the best method without damaging the product. Most of our very large products will come with mounting holes, in case you want to hang them up with screws.

Need help with installation?

Every order includes a printed instruction sheet, and our Installation Videos are available online. Just scan the QR code included with your product or visit our [Instructions Page] to follow along.

Account & Ordering

Do I need an account to place an order?

Nope! You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to track orders, save your details for faster checkout, and view your order history.

How do I create an account?

Click on the “Account” icon at the top of the page and select “Create Account.” Fill in your name, email, and password—it only takes a minute.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

No worries! Just click on “Forgot Password?” on the login page, and we’ll email you a link to reset it.

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, choose your favorite item, customize it if needed, and click “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready, go to your cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your details and payment info.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

We begin working on your order shortly after it’s placed, so changes may not always be possible. If you need to update personalization details or shipping info, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t entered production, we’re happy to cancel and refund it. For personalized items that are already in production, cancellations are unfortunately not possible. Please reach out quickly if you change your mind.

How will I know if my order went through?

You’ll receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of completing your purchase. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us to confirm.


Where can I view my order history?

If you created an account, log in and go to “My Orders” to view your full history, current statuses, and tracking info.

Can I reorder a previous item?

Yes! If you’ve purchased through an account, you can easily reorder from your past orders. If you checked out as a guest, just contact us with your previous order number and we’ll help you reorder.

Is there a minimum order amount?

No minimums! Whether you’re buying a single name plaque or decorating a whole playroom, you’re welcome to order whatever fits your needs.

Custom Designs

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes—we love bringing your ideas to life! Whether it’s a unique name sign, a special theme, or a one-of-a-kind room accessory, we offer fully custom 3D printed designs made just for you.

How do I request a custom design?

Visit our Custom Designs page and fill out the request form, or email us directly at info@decodoorstore.com with a description of what you’re looking for. The more details you provide—theme, colors, size, and name—the better we can bring your vision to life.

Can I see a preview of my custom design before it’s made?

Yes! For all custom orders, we’ll send you a digital design preview or concept sketch for approval before production begins. We want to make sure you’re 100% happy with your design.

Is there an extra cost for custom orders?

Yes. Custom designs require many hours of work customising your a bespoke creation. We’ll always provide a clear quote upfront before any work begins—no surprises.

How long do custom orders take to make and ship?

Custom orders typically take 5–10 business days to design, approve, and produce. Shipping and 3D printing times are then added on top of that, depending on your location. If you need it sooner, let us know and we’ll see what we can do!

What kinds of designs can be customized?

Almost anything! Names, fonts, colors, sizes, characters, sports teams, hobbies, cultural themes—if you can dream it, we’ll try to make it. We specialize in children’s room décor, but we also welcome ideas for gifts, events, or other creative projects.

Can I personalize an existing design from your shop?

Absolutely! Most of our standard designs can be personalized with your child’s name, a favorite color scheme, or small thematic changes. Just choose one of the various options on the product page or contact us if you’d like something slightly different.

Do you keep my custom design on file?

Yes—once we’ve created a custom design for you, we can reproduce it at any time. Great for siblings, second homes, or surprise gifts! We will provide you with digital files of your custom design.

Can I get a matching set or a room theme built around my custom piece?

Of course! Many customers order matching name signs, growth charts, and wall decorations to create a full room theme. Let us know your vision and we’ll help design a coordinated set.

Are custom orders returnable?

Since custom items are made especially for you, they are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Please review your design preview carefully before approval.
